Engagement opportunities

This report launches the first of two formal engagement processes in a single year project to scope and design the Centre of Excellence, including recommendations as to its establishment and implementation. Within this year’s work, we will:

• Design the Centre of Excellence, including recommendations regarding its scale, remit, resources, structure, business model, and sector relationships

• Engage far and wide, seeking views from everyone, analysing feedback to make sense of the whole picture, and consequently refining our designs in liaison with the DfE

• Test key delivery approaches, including around CMS configuration, community networking and signposting, and LA-facing support on current national change programmes

Everything in this paper is up for discussion, and we will engage thoroughly both within the sector and beyond it while refining our vision and developing our specification for the Centre of Excellence.

Data maturity survey
